The “Thinkaboutit Plan” has not been working so well as I am now over 200 lbs. once again and not in good shape at all. So here on July 23, 2012, before I need the manzier, it is time to get back on track concerning my health and fitness.

Written last week, obviously. But here on day 9 I am feeling much healthier and energetic for having got back on track.
