i can tell shark week is coming any day... eating everything in sight #femaleproblems not doing a 24, then omad tomorrow. followed by hopefully a 4 day fast.take that mother nature

day 1, 24 hour fast:failed. made it to 18 hours, had some kettle corn and the sugar maflde me sick. once i felt better i had garlic wings LOL 🤷♀️ tomorrow is a new day, right???
