I try to add a new dish every few weeks something like an original but in the diet version. Spagetti and meatballs (w/lean meat), shakes(skim milk,LF yogurt), hambuger (w/lean meat, Low fat cheese, a lite bun, reduced fat mayo and baked "fries") its delicios. Hope this helps. Try things that appeal to you but with low caloie, low fat products instead.
