Thank you Phooka, GG thank you I think it went ok - he was doing some neurological checks as I was concerned and said it's all fine. He wasn't sure what is causing migraines, I suggested weight loss and that I might be doing something wrong. So got referred to fasting blood test, 07/06 was the first available date.. Oh well, I think I'll live 😉

Oooh I got massive headaches when i first tried to do Keto .... and also sleeplessness/ insomnia ... I'm pretty sure the carb withdrawal was completely to blame. I mixed back in a little more carbs on treat days 2x per week .. and it has sorted it out. Carbs deficiency can be especially bad for your sleep.

A great many people have problems when they do keto because they allow themselves to get dehydrated and they don’t take enough trace mineral or potassium or magnesium or salt to process the fat their body is trying to lose. If you don’t have the minerals to clear it from your body, and the water, it can’t be processed. It’s basic chemistry. 🤷🏻‍♀️Migraines can be triggered by low salt, low potassium, low hydration and low magnesium. ALL of which can happen with a keto diet . Unfortunately blood tests for magnesium are bogus as only 1% if your body’s magnesium ever is in your bloodstream. So by the time your blood shows it’s low you’re realky on death’s door. LOL 🙋🏻‍♀️
