So I went to an event on Sunday and made a poor choice. The options were ham on rolls, potato salad, pasta salad, a veggie tray, and chips. In my mind I only saw two choices. Ham and veggies or everything. I chose everything. Looking back, I could have found something in between such as skipping the chips.
Did better going out for lunch on Monday with High Command. Found an entree that fit my goals and kept the indulgences to a reasonable level. Will try and keep to that model moving forward.
