Pretty good with the cocoa powder and splend. Husband had no idea there was cottage cheese in it. Walmart sells their own brand of sugar free choc' syrup, but I haven't used it yet.

I really like this, but not a big fan of cottage cheese. I tried it with the cottage cheese, and also tried substituting ricotta cheese. I thought the ricotta tasted better, but the texture is kind of grainy. At any rate, it's a good, nutritious snack that really fills you up.

Very good if you can get past the idea of drinking cottage cheese....which I did. I used the baking cocoa powder instead of syrup and it was excellent (a bit chalky, though) and added some malted milk which gave it some extra flavor.
