Weight on 9 September: 209.0

October's Official Monthly Naked Weigh-In Weight (includes peanut and taco chip addiction along with my new White Russian addiction, again thanks to Kim): 207.5 (0.35 lbs. per week). And I thought last month's 1.7 pounds per week was bad.
Pounds Remaining to Reach Ultimate Goal (179 lbs.): 28.5
Goal for 9 November: 198.5
My worst of the five months I've been dieting. My daily caloric intake has increased in recent weeks (still well below 2,000/day) and my fat gram intake has increased (thanks to my uncontrollable urge to eat peanuts and taco chips lately [I never ate taco chips prior to the diet!]).
Oh, well, I'll just call this month a wash and rededicate myself. I'm still walking six miles a day or more, M-F. I'm disappointed, I guess, but will move on towards November 9th.

I will shoot for a loss of 10 pounds a month for the next three months and spend one day at 179 pounds. After that, I will have a glass of champagne and remain between 180-189. Thanks you. Thank you very mush.

Progress can be made.
In less than 100 days, I've had to retool my entire wardrobe.
In less than 100 days, I have gone from wearing XL shirts which I never tucked in my pants to L which I now do tuck.
In less than 100 days, I have gone from wearing size 40 pants, with an elastic waist (which means my real waist size might've bloated to 42-44 or whatever the elastic could bear), to size 36. In fact, I spent only three weeks wearing 38 and I thought that size was a major milestone.
And though it's been almost 100 days, I've a long way to go yet, but the trip so far has been all progress and no regrets.
