Not too worried, I saw this coming. I knew I probably wouldn't be as close to 80kg as I would like, but I will try for next week. I've started logging my food and exercise again so that I can keep an eye on my deficit.

I started logging my food and exercise again yesterday. Had a great HIIT session. Aiming to get as close to 80kg as possible by tomorrow.

Only reason I am not losing as well as I should be, is that I have become lazy and am not tracking my food as I should and not exercising as much as I did a month or two back. This sucks, I need to get my ass back on track.
