for todays fasting day, I had a cup of black coffee sweetened with a lil erythritol, water through out the day and I just ended with a cup of peppermint tea.
Teas really make me feel good during a fast. Though to be honest, I'm not even hungry. its a head feeling and not a body feeling.
I'll make this one a 48 hr fast and break it tomorrow at about 5pm. Work out schedule for 6 pm also.

broke another 48 hr fast.. 😊 right now I'm looking forward to a sexy meal of 1lb banga mary fish fillet and I'm preeing the best way to prep and cook this. thinking about curry. i have some callaloo too so there's that... had a bit of left over turkey neck to tame the beast.
the dessert might be some chicken back I have lined up for a brown stew 🤣
work out tomorrow morning innu, so this is the reup.
pree this though... I ain't even hungry! #ketosis hunny
