Lunch. Until I finish my stock of buckwheat I will not stop eating it 😂 #lovebuckwheat today I cooked really delicious lentils with onions, 🥕carrots, garlic, 🌱basil, ☘parsley, 🍄mushrooms for flavor and even added a little bit of 🍃spinach. So GOOD 😋

I love to start my day with a large glass of water with lemon💧+🍋And after about 20-30 minutes I have my usual breakfast😋Rolled oats cooked in water (dry 40g)+🍓strawberries (100g)+🐝1tsp of honey and today I sprinkled everything with chia seeds ❤

dinner at 8pm. sauteed mix of🥒🍆🌽🥕🍄 vegetables with garlic sauce (332g) + 🍚rice (128g). I'm learning to eat smaller portions (under 350 grams), but this time i couldn't say no to rice 😋
