It was a comedy of errors, everything going wrong while trying to get on the road for our last trip of the summer. Going to be gone almost 2 weeks, but going to try to keep tracking on here, and at least maintain my weight and not gain. Won't be weighing in til we get back home.

my weight when I first got up was 208.1, but 30 min later after a walk and before breakfast, my weight went down half a pound

I had my annual checkup at the doctor today. I did intentionally pick out lighter clothes and shoes to wear. This weight was late morning and I was fasting because I was getting blood work done. Looking forward to getting my results, I haven't had blood work done in years because my doctor said my cholesterol and other markers were so good.

it's so hard to get back in the habit of tracking after I miss a couple of days. I'm going to try to not miss more than one day in a row this week.
