Not where I wanted to be at the beginning of this month, but better than where I was at the beginning of last month. My goal for September is to focus on consistent logging and maintaining weight. Take a break from cutting and just get a feel for my new baseline. I don't want to be too obsessed with logging every gram, but at least logging a general idea of what I eat day to day, and at the end of each week review and notice patterns, what worked well, what I may want to do differently. I think for this to work I need to focus more on food prepping ahead of time. I made baked potatoes for dinner tonight and I have some leftover toppings that I plan on putting in an egg scramble tomorrow morning.

Today's lunch: shells in miso butter, baby carrots, and a big ol juicy peach! Gotta enjoy these fresh peaches while they last, only have another dozen or two left on the tree.

Yesterday I took the dog for a walk, did yard work (trimmed the many tree branches hanging low over the sidewalk, picked up the peaches that got blown off the tree in the storm), and lifted weights. Almost got 10,000 steps. If I had noticed how close I was, I would've just walked around the house for a couple minutes before bed. But I got my 7 hours of sleep and met my calorie and protein goals.
