Hello! I'm 5'1" and 128 pounds, looking to get to 110-115. My plan is to try to cut 500 calories a day most days of the week from cutting calories and exercising. I really want to get in shape by my 21st birthday June 20th. Let's see, I'm vegan, graduating from UCLA in June (environmental studies major) and I'm into a lot of music like punk, indie, psychobilly, etc. Hoping to fit into a new swimsuit by June!

The Plan:
Sticking to my Weight Watchers points (19 a day)
Exercising every day an hour to an hour and a half
Getting better at my fitness classes, yoga, pilates, cycling, and kickboxing
Running! And not dying!
Drinking 8 glasses of water a day

Mini-goals:
Lose 1-2 pounds a week
250-500 fewer calories a day
Exercising every day

Beans
Do you have a Trader Joe's nearby? If so, they have a 3 bean marinated bean salad (it's in a can) that I eat almost every day! I drain it and pour 1/3 of the can of beans over a bed of spinach, and it's the best salad ever. I don't even need dressing because of the bean marinade. It's chickpeas, lima beans, and some other bean I don't remember. Also, dried beans are awesome and cheap if you soak them overnight and then cook them with some veggies and vegetable broth for a few hours. Another great thing is to get some vegetarian chili with beans in it and then pour it over some polenta slices. It's so filling and delicious!
