Coffee Caffeine and Weight Loss and Dieting
Man, this was super informative and something may have told me to cut back. I am on day 3 of one cup of coffee ONLY. And to be honest, I have had two nights of incredible sleep....best in a very long time. AND almost 8 hours!!! Can't stay awake at night, and I LOVE IT.

sugar cane sweetened drinks
I thought I had read that sugar cane is not acceptable. Have you tried Splenda? Its made from sugar, and all my friends who have problems with the other stuff can use Splenda. I don't have an issue, but Splenda does taste better and I now only try to put Splenda in coffee, etc.

Starting Phase 2
Its good to be reminded not to panic when you don't lose 5 pounds in 5 days as one tends to do on Phase 1.

Beck Diet Book
Ya, I got past Day 15 and then lost it ... but I thought it had some interesting ideas. I generally get distracted by shiny pink objects (the cover of the book is bright pink, for those who have not seen it).
