Slow as molasses and all up and down again. I wish I could go back in time to my younger self and tell her to listen to her grammie and momma! It’s true, younger ladies, once you hit 50 your hormones and body are just not the same. 😳😳😳

Slowly it comes off. However, I will say this, I’ve stopped logging food to try to just “live this new lifestyle” and see how I do. Yes I could be excersizing more or eating even less carbs, but overall I’m happy that weight is still coming off and I feel good. Happy Thursday everyone!
