The scale is finally moving again after a month of frustration. Just proves if you stay your course and understand this is not a diet but a way of life, everything works out. On sadder news, we are laying my Granddad to rest today. He was a WWII vet, caring, kind, generous and someone I looked up to. Nothing will replace him but he will always be in my heart with the fondest memories. Hug your family everyday and tell them you love them!

Back to my weight I was last Thursday after a gaining fest over the weekend. It’s good to know I can control a gain by getting right back up again an powering forward. Good morning FS!

Ugh! We went down a food rabbit hole this weekend and it shows in both weight and appearance. In our defense we were on a rode trip to Phoenix AZ for my steps sons gender reveal party (first grandchild) and we got caught up in the excitement 😉. We're having a girl grand baby in February yay yay yay. So anyway, we knowing sabotaged ourselves. Today its back to a healthier way of eating and definitely more cardio to work off this gain. Happy Monday to you all ☺️
