Hi out there, I am so full of glee....(happiness) I am still doing this diet so well.I am so proud of myself. I can see my tummy shrinking
right before my eyes. I can see my face sliming up. I can tell that my thighs are getting a tad bit smaller. I just so happy, I ate well yesterday and today I plan on doing the same. I thank everyone for all their support. Your my true buddies and you a true inspiration to me. Thank You ,Thank You , Thank You (Snaps for Me)

Today went A O.K I walked this morning for 30 mins and I ate an egg omlet with sausage and at a nice cold glass of water. Then for lunch I ate a burger with out the bread with a diet coke. I am so proud of myself. (Snaps for Me)

Thank you guys for all the support.I really did a good job today. i walked for 30 mins on the treadmill and I ate some eggs and sausauge this morning with a nice tall glass of water. Then for lunch i had some chicken tenders with out the skin and batter. I am so proud of myself...

Hello out there...I feel so bad...I kinda sorta cheated on my diet. I at a biscuit and I ate two peices of cake. I feel so bad about cheating.But I just knew that I would regret it in the end. But I just guess I have to work like h*ll for eating that bad food.
