Today an yesterday went very well I'm proud of myself and I'm proud that I haven't strayed too far from my diet. I didn't loose any weight this week nor did I gain any. But with the motivation from you all I hopelfully will succeed.

hi every one I'm back and better. I was a little sick for about 4 days and while recuperarting i kinda sorta ate a couple of bread items. But now that hI back in tip top shape I am right on track with the diet and i am stil hittin the treadmill every day for 30 mins. I ate very well today and intend in following this diet to the T. So please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Love ya much .

Today went O.K. I feel kinda bad because I had a biscuit and I had some frech fries. But other than that I did quite well. I think that I learned from my mistake and I will not let it happen again.Amen

Hello, today along with the other several days went as planned. I am so proud of myself. this morning I woke up and did my daily 30 min walk. Which now is my 30 min jogg. Yes Yes Yes Yes thats right I'm starting to jog.(Snaps for Me). I want to still thank everyone for welcoming me and lifting me up when i felt as though this diet was going to be the hardest thing in my whole life. But now that i'm two weeks in the program I feel as though I don't even want to taste sweets, fries, cake, cereal, any bad things for this diet. I'm really proud of myself for resisting temptation and going as followed to this diet.Aretha would be proud of me.LOLOLOLOLOL
