Just got finished with a 12 hr. shift, checked on my ill daughter, and made hubby something to eat, then straight to downstairs for Zumba 20 min express workout.
Believe me my body is exhausted from being on my feet all day and it was the last thing I wanted to do was Zumba but I did it maybe a little draggy but I completed it and Im glad I did. Yay.
Im going to try and chart my intake then take a shower, and maybe a salad if I have the strength to eat one lol and then straight to bed.
Im back up at 4a to begin another day of 12 hrs. at the center so thought I journal before I prepare for bed. Good night all, God bless.

Well just did my first Zumba session its the 20 minute Express work out. Its been awhile so keeping up was a little more difficult than before but I did it.. and it was a great feeling.
Anyway here is a shout out to my dear buddy Veggie Junkie who sent me a message and she had ask me if I had done my Zumba Saturday? I didn't and I did state yesterday that I was going to.
Well Veggie, its completed and has me motivated again.
Thank you for staying on me, Im so happy now that you did, what a buddy...way to go for your support.
Of course my dear friend also told me she was going to do the kick boxing session on her dvd..
May I just say although Im very impressed by her, that will have to be a little down the road for me lol.

Now I am aware that working very hard yesterday was exhausting and getting through a 16 hr. shift instead of a 12 hr.shift can add a little more exhaustion to the work day.
But it now was so worth it because the way I went at my day I was truly fascinated at my stamina and also I had energy to boot this morning.
So Im glad to report as of today which has been 3 weeks ago from the beginning my journey when I weighed in at 155,I now have more energy than I had in months, and being on the induction for almost 2 weeks has decrease my appetite for any sweets.
So everyone.. I have an announcement to make.....wait for it......wait for it.....drum roll please lol.
Just weighed in at...146.... Happy dance! oh Happy dance!

TGIF....I just finished a 16 hr. shift yesterday and Im a little exhausted but Im up and ready early to start my day, I find that Im also not as tired any more, this induction has me full of energy.
I worked 6a-10p arrived home near 11p, bed by midnight, and awoke at 5a and Im ready to start my day, yay.
I wanted to wish everyone a fantastic and successful weekend and Ive already thanked God that Im off the next 3 days.
Also a shout out to all my buddies, I truly missed all of you and have messaged a few this am already.
Coffee pot just chimed its ready, so Im going to go enjoy my first cup, hope you all can enjoy this Friday morning also.
