I did it again! I'm happy with myself for sticking to the 1400 calories a day. My co-worker tempted me with these corn fritters from Dixie Crossroads today and I said no! For people that may have eaten at this, local to Titusville, FL, seafood restaurant you will understand how proud I am of myself for saying no. For people that don't know, they're these deep fried balls of dough with corn in them then sprinkled with powdered sugar, they serve them before you're meal comes, kinda like when you get rolls or bread at other places this is they're thing, and they are soooo good. Makes my mouth water just talking about them, thats sad...lol

Well I did it again, stayed under my 1400 cal, WOOHOO!! Just need to start drinking more water. Its hard to remember to grab the bottle on the way out the door with all the other things that run through my mind on any given day, but thats just an excuse to justify my miscomings. I need to stop doing that, making excuses for myself. I'm my own worst enemy sometimes. I'm feeling better today than I have been, no swelling in my legs or feeling bloated.
