I'm a single mom of 3, 2 boys and 1 diva. I work as a Night Auditor at the Holiday Inn here in my town, which makes it hard for me to workout since I sleep half the day. I recently found out I have a blood disorder called ITP and also suffer from Grave's disease (hyperthyroidism). I was 158 on April 9, 2010 and now as of July 4, 2010 I'm 182. With all the meds playing tricks on my body its been really hard to keep off the weight. The doctor suggested making a journal so here I am. Hopefully the 1400 calorie diet and light duty exercise program she has me on will work for the best, so far its been really hard to stay on 1400 cal, the exercise I want to do more but can't because of the blood pressure issue right now.
