I'm here primarily to track my weight loss and support others on their journey.
It was interesting at first to take an accounting of the cal's I consumed every day -- around 2400. This, it turns out, is too much even with a heavy exercise regimen. I'm now taking in around 1000-1500 cals. This means skipping breakfast and often skipping lunch on the weekend. With this schedule I've been able to lose around 2 lbs/wk which is healthy rate from what I gather.
