Sugar Addiction
I use Atkins candy bars sparingly-sugar free Jello and whipped cream - a few dollops each of PeanutButter and cool whip mixed together - cool whip with cocoa powder mixed - berries and cream -1/2 apple with PeanutButter I have the same problem I find for myself I have to curve down on the sweetness of what I eat the sweeter it is the more I want and I try not to eat daily

Cooking Salmon
I don't really like salmon unless it's smoked ,, does anyone have a receipt that makes the salmon flavor not so strong I'm trying to acquire a taste for it(if that's possible) because of it's nutritional
