This evening was a little carby - a few bites of fried potatoes and a small dunkel beer to go along with fish and salad. It is really hard to go low carb when you go out for dinner in Germany. I'm afraid of the scales tomorrow and am just preemptively planning another steak day. :::sigh:::

159-161 = Maintenance weight. Being careful for another day or two. Jujitsu class today should help :D

Maintenance weight is 159-161. I guess this is officially a steak day. Two days of real food, but no movement yet. Pretty sure that is what is going on...
