Hi, first day on FS, and was I surprised when I saw it figure everything out for me. I have dieted on and off most of my life. My highest point was in 2010 at 198. A very hard few years while taking care of husband with
Alzheimers. I have been working on it all these years and have slowly lost some weight. In Sept 2015 I got my act together once more, weighing in at 175, I lost 15 pounds in three months. This last three months I have stayed on the diet, but haven't lost or gained anything. I am the first to admit that I don't drink enough water, or if I did I would add Mio or Crystal Lite to it.
Now starting yesterday, I am really going to drink just plain water and kept a journal of what I am eating and how much.
I am a retired lady with a cute dog and love cats. I am raising my granddaughter who is now 16.
