Starting all over again. Had a surprise Thursday and ended up in hospital for three days. Came home with s stent, left artery.
I have really been off my diet since April, but have managed to keep my weight in tow. I am going to change my diet some and eat more fruit than before. See what happens.

Well, each time I go to work, they cater our lunches and snacks, I gain weight. Good thing I don't work full time. This time I just went with the flow and didn't try to bring something special for me. Then I got that carb taste and went crazy. Back to boiled eggs, bullet proof coffee lots of veggies today. I will have to say, I was really bad about some things like I had ice cream one day, way to much bread, and the homemade banana bread, but I really enjoyed the fresh fruit. Think I will still be having some of that.

Yeah, got rid of that water weight from my week of eating bad. Now to work on those pounds I want to shed that I haven't weighed for the last 50 years.
Went to Dr. today for hip and shoulder and have changed some RX's. Hope that pesty hip will quite hurting so I can get more exercise. Feeling good that things will be better soon.
