I am on day 12 of EFS and even though I have missed 3 days of exercise due to an episode I am down 5 pounds. This is great because I tweak the menus a little to work for my family.I am not following it to a T but I'm still only eating the foods listed...I just move things around and combine things to work for me. It's good to know you can mix things up and still get results.

I am doing cycle 2 on EFS and it is even easier than cycle 1 in my opinion. I made a great meatloaf and chili that are both allowed on the program and I don't feel deprived. My hubby is happy too! I am losing even though I had to go without exercise for 2 days due to an episode. The last attack was not as bad as usual so maybe this program is helping my body to cope...who knows, I just know it's working and I'm happy

Week one is done and I am down 3 pounds. I am doing EFS. Had major stress last two days but got through it. On to week two!
