Have not been writing in my journal much. We have been at our vacation place in Big Bear. Lots of 4-wheeling fun! I did an overnight in the hospital before that. Food has not been a great friend cause of nausea but I'm dealing. I have not logged my weight lately but it's down some. I will weigh in on Monday. Hope everyone is doing well...

I'm down another couple of pounds just from Monday. I weigh my self whenever I feel like it. I have been in EFS for 4 1/2 weeks now and am down 12 pounds. Nice steady loss which is what I'm looking for. Hubby is down 10 pounds and several inches. We are taking the weekend off ( for us that just means easing up a little) We are going to see Lisa Lampinelli and then dancing so any extra treats will be burned off. Once I hit the dance floor I don't leave until the club is closing...lol On Monday we will start back full force which will give the body a little shock after the weekend. Hope everyone has a great weekend full of happy thoughts!

I'm down another 2 pounds. Things are moving along at a steady pace. I am happy with my losses. I have now lost 10 pounds all while enjoying good food. My body losses more slowly than most because of my medications. A 10 pound loss in a month is very good. My untimate goal is to hit 160 by February which is my birthday. I would like to be down another 20 pounds by end of October for my 20th anniversary. As long as I continue to drop I will be happy. Hope you all have a wonderful day full of good choices and smiles!
