one day to rest/splurge?
I belive in a free day. It is the reward for staying on schedule the other six days. If I don't, no free day. Also, even with the free day, I may eat something I otherwise would not eat, but I don't pig out like I would have in my pre-diet days. My mind is just in a different place, so the free day does not impose that much of a risk of knocking you off the diet wagon -- if you are mentally committed to it.

Anyone need to lose over 100LBS???
Started the year needing to lose 110 lbs. Now, only need to lose 99! There are a number of us that have to lose more than a few pounds. We probably just talk less.
