Hi! I had been for the most part a healthy weight my whole life, had my ups and downs through high school, but once I had my kids it has been a different story. I gained about 60lbs when i was pregnant with my son, and since my daughter was born I have gained another 16. My kids are my world, I am making this committment to be healthy for them. I am hoping to lose the weight I gained during pregnancy plus some...luckily my husband is doing this with me and has been incredibly supportive! ;-)
