Former athlete with post knee-surgery weight gain.
Over-all loving the fact that I am able to make choices that will improve my health no matter what happens.

Short term Goals:
1) Lose lbs to get under 200 Lbs. - In progress
2) Count all calories. (Increase calorie awarness/portion control)
3) Exercise at least 3 times a week.
4) Log all activity; either in FS or in personal journal/LOG
5) Remind myself that I am working towards improvement and to be
present.
Long term Goals:
Total:improve quality of living (end goal approx 150 pounds)
