I'm going to weigh myself every morning and log it in. it will be the only way I can keep track of it. Gave in and had dessert last night, and probably will tonight too. Big juicy steak planned for tomorrow.

It has been one weird week for me. My weight has literally fluctuated 4 pounds. I have been eating right and exercising. Now that weight is gone. So I did my weigh in. Anyone else have this issue sometimes?

I went to the gym today just like planned, but my legs were still very sore from the other day so I had to do arms instead. I can not run at all so what I have been doing is run for a minute and then walk about 4mph, and then run again for a minute and repeat. I am winded afterward, but I think I am making progress. I knew we were going out to eat with another couple tonight so I worked out a little longer at the gym. We went to a place that served mostly sandwiches and burgers. I did get a cheeseburger, but I cut it in half as soon as it came to the table. Plus divided up my fries right away too. I felt pretty happy with myself that I could eat only half of the meal and be satisfied. I probably should have picked the grilled chicken sandwich but then I know I would have ate the whole thing :). Well planning to do zumba tomorrow so maybe I will burn off some of it.

Not much of a change, but at least it moved! I've been very active, and eating right. Still following about 1200 calories a day with at least 30 minutes to a hour of exercise. I think my biggest problem is drinking water. I just need to get better at that now. Since I have been eating this way with little meals every few hours I feel more energized and full. :-). I don't even really care to sit down to watch tv anymore. That is a big difference for me! Now if only I could get this house organized I would be winning!!!
