Well it has been a while and yes I have gained weight since my last post. I am 29 weeks pregnant so technically I am supposed to gain weight right! Anyway so I am going to log my food intake into the system everyday so I can keep a healthy weight for our little baby boy growing. :-)

This last couple of days has been very rough on me. To help with my sugar addiction that I apparently have I have decided to eliminate fruit for a few weeks. I made it exactly one week as of yesterday with no fruit either, and I'm not going to lie it has been extremely hard for me the last couple of days. I find myself getting angry or upset really easy. I know it is the sugar talking, but damn didn't know I would have feelings like this. Today starts a new week so we will see how I do moving forward. Trying my damnest to stay busy so I don't think about all the frozen fruit I have in the freezer. Any one else out there nixing fruit for a little while?

For the past eight weeks I have been visiting family, and not sticking with any routine which is what happens when the mother cooks everyday :). I've been back home for the past week, and getting back into my routine. This time it is easier for me since I am following HFLC. I feel so more satisfied and who doesn't love butter!
