Need some lunch ideas PLEASE!
You've probably thought of these, but I carry grape tomatoes, bananas, peppers (I eat them like an apple), sugar snap peas, and those little oranges that are super easy to peel (Cuties or Halos). Also, if you can eat with a utensil, McDonald's oatmeal is good. Also, I don't know if you have time to prepare in the morning, but if you did a veggie wrap with lean chicken, you could eat that with one hand, perhaps. I understand your dilemma and feel for you!! The other thing you could try (some may object!) is those Zone Perfect or Balance bars. They have a lot of nutrients and are quick and easy and filling, but you would also need to eat some veggies or fruit to balance out your meal.

Looking for low sodium buddies
Is anyone else primarily watching their sodium? I need support and ideas for eating out and just some buddies who are going through the same thing. I needed to lose weight but didn't have the motivation until a health issue (dizziness, sudden loss of hearing and fluid retention) required me to go on 1000mg/day of sodium and it's been the best thing that has happened to me. Have lost 16 pounds without much effort and feel the best I have in years. Have to continue rest of my life, so I'm looking for buddies!
