I have been overweight all my life but not unactive, I played high school football and after a few years out of high school I went into the Army. While in the Army that was when I was in the best shape still overweight but scored high marks on my P.T tests. Not being able to get down to the weight they wanted we parted ways. Which was not a totally bad thing. After the Army I went to collage and was able to to get My B.S. Criminal Justice. The getting a job with a local police force. Still overweight but able to do the P.T. to pass all tests with no problem.
Over the years My weight has gone up and down put mostly up, in the last year and few months I started getting seriour about thr probelm with not sleep right and just feeling not good I told my self it was time for a change. It was at that point I started looking for different workout programs and the site that helped me the most was bodybuilding.com it had 1,000's of different workout programs for the new person to the most advance there was a program. I have workout or lifted weights for over 20 years so I knew what type of program I want just did not not what machines I wanted to use and it helped me out greatly. Then that is where i met the person that set me up with a personal workout program and eating plan. Which was great and that is where I relized how inportant it was to watch my food intake.
That is how I found this site first on my phone then on the computer. Now Im able to keep track of my intake no matter where I am because like most people I take my cellphone with me everywhere so this is the mext part of my journery.
