I still here I have not keeped my food journal up but I have been keeping track of my intake. Feeling better than ever before and Im starting to see now I just have to keep it up. I see what this weight has to say.

losing 2.3 lb a week

The last few weeks before last week were really really bad, did not watch my food intake and was hit and miss in the gym. Last week I was able to get to the gym for 5 days as I was before. My fitness had been so up and down over the last few weeks so I told my self that I would not post my eating and exercise stuff until I was back into my routine. I thought a few time I was back but I wasnt so I want to make sure I have no more set backs. Great start last week and this week is starting out as last week did. So if everything gose good this week I will be back to logging everything. Just something I need to do to stay on track. There might be some who thing this is a mistake but for me this is what I need.
