Switching today to low carb. This has worked very well for me in the past, and I've hit a plateau with low cal. So, in two weeks I should be into ketosis, and in a month I should have lost a significant percentage of excess fat. Here goes nothing!

OK, I'm gonna take a different track, here. I've hit this weird plateau where I just maintain, even though I cut calories to as low as 800 per day. I'm gonna move my max up from 1600 to 2500, and increase my workouts and run distance. My body appears to be in starvation mode and won't drop any weight. So, I'll do this for a month and we'll see what happens.

So there we go; finally manned up and weighed in, and there was a grand loss total of... ZERO! That's right, after a week of taking in less than 1000 calories per day (about 500 to 800 calories) and doing about 3300 calories of activity per day, I MAINTAINED my weight. There is something hidden deep within my DNA that will saolve all world hunger problems. Are there any scientists out there? Research me and you'll win a Nobel Prize for science AND a Nobel Peace Prize for preventing billions from starving to death. I'm right here, ready to be a guinea pig. Let's save the world together, shall we? Are people starving to death in 3rd world countries because they can only get a hold of 300 calories per day? No worries, inject them with whatever it is you find in my bloodstream, and they'll actually GAIN weight! I'm a miracle! BOW YOUR HEAD! KNEEL BEFORE ZOD!!!
