Armageddon?
I agree with evelyn...I keep up on the news and try to do my part....but I can't overthink it.. heck I can't overthink anything. it's not healthy.
I guess it's just my lil' ol' opinion but I wish there was as much emphasis and hype on the social breakdown of the world as there is the weather. There are so many people out there with challenging lives that I wish they'd put some of their research money into changing a few situations....
Feel free to slap me but I enjoy a good storm as long as everyone is safe...lol. I live on the coast of Nova Scotia and I guess i'm always thinking of those poor Katrina victims..and survivors If you can call it surviving. I think the emphasis should be on providing assistance..not trying to figure out what went wrong... I mean do they really think they can stop the next one in it's tracks. Okay....social rant I know.....but i'm finding myself to be very passionate about people in general lately....sorry for the rambling...

Is drinking out?
I did the light beer thing on the weekend and it didn't have any effect on my loss. I agree that if you aren't doing it often it's okay. Plus...I always tend to be much more active if i'm having a few drinks....beats laying on the couch.
