March Madness... Winter is hopefully over. Time to clean out the bike and start hitting them trails.

Slow drops but I cant complain. Work is definitely keeping me active and that has helped a lot. Have to admit I was so ready to get out of a desk job for a while - I just didnt know it till I was on the shop floor and supporting assembly. Took a week PTO to do a full week in Texas or rather at my dad's house, and ate all too well. Lots of happy feasts.
All told gained a couple pounds vs the 6 last time i went down there which was for just a 48hrs round-trio.
Feeling colder outside but so far only had a mild snow few weeks ago, been nice otherwise so can still be out in the sun even if its below freezing some days.
Curious bit about all the weight I've lost is the wardrobe reconfig to smaller sizes across the board: Although technically it all fits...at least layering is an option now.

Long time since I posted...since I went back to work. Work is good.
Still doing IF and keto for the most part. Still losing slowly which is fine by me.
BF is right at 20% from almost 30% in the summer and i feel fantastic.
Driving to Texas next week to see my folks... :)

Finally happened.
Was offered a job back with my company after many long weeks on furlough. Its good work, and it gets me up and moving again.
Plus, finally lost my gains from the Texas road trip last weekend. Curse you Buc-Ees, your snacks are impossible to ignore :) <3.
Anyways, 10hr shifts right out the gate and days are very pleasant. And after so many weeks practicing IF and keto, i actually can tell i will be losing pounds a lot faster than before - which might be a good thing.
Anyways, all is good.

Rode the KT trail this morning with my riding buddy after an almost 1 month hiatus. She was tied up w babysitting and a trip to Cali. I was busy losing mass :)
All in all was a great ride. Air was cold and crisp - i think i swallowed a bug. Logged 10 miles and almost 1k kcals...aka, 1 MILLION calories bwuahaha.
Not having the extra 40ish pounds on my body makes a HUGE difference in the uphill sections. Huge.
