everyone wants to tell you your wrong
I started off with a great go at the beginning of the year. Then I started to let the comments on my blog (where I'm trakcing my journey) get to me.
I have voercome that, and am fully back on track- but finding that everyone wants t consistently tell me I'm wrong- which is intensely frustrating.
I posted this blog today:
http://www.stuff.co.nz/life-style/blogs/losing-it/4259954/Friday-Food-Bacon-and-egg-pies
and while people have pulled in and started commenting positively, can not beleive all the people who want to be nasty.
Do you find that it's hard to fight the "you are so wrong" comments from other people?
Where do you get your confidence from? I'm seeing results again, so I know what I'm doing works.
These pies are 91 calories each by the way, and have 6.8gm of protein. Yes they do have fat- but i've used a low fat, low salt bacon and as a snack or lunch- pretty good! (and filling)

HCG Diet
Ok I normally stay away from these threads.
but ebvir- if you look at your weight history there is so much yo yoing- this can be more damaging to your body than anything else.
You may be losing weight fast, but it's going on fast too. it's completely screwing up your metabolism. that's going to hurt further down the track.

Need Advice for Evening Hunger
I have a hot chocolate - it gives me a sense of having dessert, it's only 80 calories and it fills me up.
it's GOOD to feel hungry when you wake up
