HCG DIET
well i read about it how is the low calorie restriction going any bad side effects. also is it true no exercise due to low calorie intake. i would love to know more from a real person like you doing the program.

snacks
Are there any snacks to take care of the sugar cravings besides sugar-free jello. Currently in induction phase. The atkins bars have the after taste I am hoping something low carb chocolate like or even similar to yogurts?

Induction or OWL
I am also on the atkins, this is a personal decision only you can make. Will you cheat ask your self if you stay on? quoting from my atkins essntial book if you have done 2 wks of induction and want to stay on you can add 1 oz of nuts. It also states to move on when you are close to your goal to me that means half way. Are you bored of induction? As far as your weight goes I know the first time I did the atkins I lost water weight and then my (giggly fat) turned to muscle. I gained 2 lbs but I had measured my self and remeasured and I had lost inches instead and this is what you stated. Remember your weight loss could and will probably be slower keep that in mind if you go to owl. What ever your decision is remember you always can go back to induction.... Keep up the good work and motivation. Remember to put everything down on the journal no matter what it is even sugar-free gum has carbs.
