so the scale hasnt budged over the weekend. Am not hugely suprised as my CICO was pretty much equal due to the lazy Saturday i spent in the sunshine testing out the new garden furniture :0)
Am abandoning the hubby again this week traveling for work. Am really excited to be off to Japan as i've never been before. i get a whole 10 i found my new favourite thing in the arrival information. It states upon arrival please press button located at limosine shuttle stop and the consierge will send a car to pick you up. i then scrolled down a little further to find that the shuttle stop was a whole 3 minute walk away from the Hotel!!!!! Think i may just want to walk this after my 19 hour travel day :0)

so the scale and i became friends again this morning :0) the extra few kilos from an enjoyable holiday weekend have started to come off and i'm back to original goal weight.
i'm going to keep on trying to get to the new goal weight of 70 kg and see how easy it is to maintain there fingers crossed it goes well

so yesterday didnt quite go as planned and i wasnt as back on track as i wanted to be but today is another day in this journey and i will continue to try to do better. i need to recage that carb monster he's fighting real hard at the moment though. i even brought the chocolate bar from home and put intot he work fridge with a "free to good home" sticker knowing it wont last long :0) but i can hear that monster calling all the way back to the office.
maybe if i close the door and drink lots of water he'll drown?????

so after a nice long weekend away with waaaaay too much good food, wine and Beer the scale was not my friend this morning.
noone to blame but myself so will work hard to get back on track this week. i hate to think if we hadnt done so much walking and climbing what the weight would have read this morning.
