Not sure how this happened! But going on leave for a week from tomorrow and will be away. I’ve decided that I’m going to let myself have a break from IF life and eat cheese and live a little while I’m away. Hope it doesn’t set me back!

Incredibly disappointed - not sure how this fluctuation happened with two minor cheats 😭😂😭 I’m reinforcing my resolve with lentil soup and Zumba!
