Small goals....or work toward the big one?
BOTH!
I started my diet on on January 4th, and set 3 goals:
1. Lose 30 pounds (TOTAL) by April 12th. (My Son's Birthday)
2. Lose 10 Pounds by First of February (First Short-Term GOAL)
3. Lose 20 Pounds by my Birthday (Feb 23, Second Short-Term GOAL)
My entire Family is on a DIET and we have DIET Buddies. Check in with them, and encourage each other. We also have side bets for all our short-term goals...Losing Parties pay for Dinner!

Craving melt down.
You are NOT ALONE!
I can resist the Frig -, but I was wanting SO BADLY to Raid the PANTRY!
Pop-Tarts, Snacks, Granola Bars...you name it, WE HAD IT!
It's tough, but when I started my diet and I was getting hungry, I made a POT of Tea. Using my Coffee maker, I would drop 2 tea bags and brew up a pot. Add Some Honey and a few crystals of ginger for taste. It helped!
Fat Secret also had some Great Healthy Snack suggestions: Like Get a bag of grapes that have been rinsed down put them in a zip-lock bag and sprinkle a packet of Jello mix to them, then stik the bag in the Freezer. IN a few hours you'll have a nice COLD/SWEET Treat that's on the healthy side-
Good Luck!
