I have maintained my 60 pound weight loss for 6 months now. I feel very blessed considering my really poor health when I started this journey. While I weigh myself daily, I have stopped recording it because it's always the same, between 120 and 125.

The top 3 habits that I aim for everyday are utilizing the plate method (ie half veggies, 1/4 carb, 1/4 protein), eating whole foods with no added or fake sugar and very rarely anything boxed/processed, and weighing myself daily.

Other habits also help and I do them a lot but not as consistently as the top 3. Using FatSecret or other app to meal plan for the next day and to track foods; doing a few hours of meal prep per week; and exercise.

Other logistical help/tools include buying a small 5 cubic feet chest freezer ($180) to freeze fresh fish and veggies, and creating a grocery shopping list on my phone in Galaxy Notes that has check boxes.
