Weve had below 0 temps and winter weather here in GA...I stocked up on ER provisions.Icecream and candy bars..."(. But Im starting over March 1.

Bad week and half. My son was in town for his birthday so there was cake and icecream. Cherry cheesecake and various candy bars. Not a good week for keeping track of my meals or weight.

They say to loose weight and maintain a healthy metabolism...you should eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner. So I have been eating my lunch meal for breakfast and my oatmeal for lunch. 3 snacks a day (yogurt, fruit or rice cake) and I appear to be loosing wieght again. I cant eat breakfast foods in the am. (like eggs and such) so I have been eating chicken, fish or hamburger pattys with salad, vegi or cottage cheese for my breakfast. It's been really hard, cuz I am not used to eating so much first thing in a.m.......but the scales prove its working!!!

The last few days I have had an awful chocolate craving and have indulged in candy bars. I see what it did by my weight gain, so I am off chocolate for the duration. I must get this weight off by April as I am going to TX to see my kids and pick up my stuff from my divorce...naturally I want to look my very best!
