Not posting all that I am eating, but basically for the last 2 weeks Ive just eaten cereal and LOTS of yogurt...was working two jobs and was too tire to cook.

I haven't been good at keeping up with wrting all my food and excercise...but I have been eating right and still doing the dreadmill and bicycle (which by the way the seats are too small and hurt my butt)...but I pedal away anyway. but so far so good. I had my 53 birthday on friday..so my goal is to be back in my normal size 10/12 by next birthday...I am at a 16 now. I also want to run the 5k up here.

Well, I am starting over because I have topped the scales at almost 200 and can't fit into any of my clothes. I have a new game plan...and this requires I get off my fat ass and workout! Will keep you posted.

Well, I have been taking apple cider vinegar capsules with every meal (when I remember), cayenne pepper in the am and pm, coconut oil and cinnomon every am...and I really don't see a change in my inches/weight. So I will finish up these weight loss practices and not waste money on any more gimmicks. I am frustrated. I eat right every day, don't eat a lot of junk, have come off diet sodas, quit drinking altogether (15 months now)...and I just as fat as i was at this time last year. I give up...

Been doing the two tablespoons of apple cider w 1 cup of grapefruit juice before each meal...and I have been taken cayenne pepper twice a day. Started a new job, so that kinda threw me off my walking but I plan to get back on that next week..(we also had rain for the last two weeks which prevented walking)...but I am optimistic and curious to see if these diet remedies actually work. We shall see. I am off the diet cokes totally..having an occaisional small coke instead. But drinking tons of water now..pissing like a racehorse..lol. Oh well.
