got weighed in on a perfectly calibrated scale today 167.4!!!! wut the heck!!!! either my scale at home is off or all that crappy stuff ive been eating and drinking are finally showing their ugly face :-( most likely the latter. i guess ill find out when i hop on the scale at home. On the bright side, i paid in advance for my workout class, that's def motivation to go !!! so woohoo to that! still on my goal 40 by February!!!

I have sabotaged my diet for two days with poor planning and poor purchases! UGH! Left my breakfast and lunch at home bc I was running late. The rest is downhill from there.
I am pledging to not let this week go down the drain! Especially before the holidays! Nor will I let guilt run me into the arms of pecan, german chocolate, and every other cake haunting
The lounge, fluffy fat filled layers!!! Forty by February

Happy about the lose...sure it will reverse. Had a ton of drinks at ut homecoming party. UGH! And then left my phone and tracker at home and saw how
Instramental to my weight lose and my accountibility. When I know I'm going to have to record those few bites of mom's fried chicken. I'll think twice
But no tracker no problem I'm munchin. I did so well this week and it all went down hill on thursday night. But oh well I'm not gonna let that get me down!!!

New goal!!! Forty by Febuary !!! 10 down 30 togo! I'm sure I can do it
Especially wit the help of my Brilliant trainer Michele Robinette(love her)
Had my first cheat day...I'm going to use those very sparingly from now on
The fact that I only ate about 1500 cals and 860 of those were cals from fat
Is kinda gross, no wonder I'm in the perdicament I'm in now. This week I ate
Flavorful exciting dishes much tastier than any on my cheat day....I think insted
Of cheat days ill have a weekly cheat item. Can u say KRISPY KREME oh
Or a MARTINI filled with chocolatey goodness!!!! I hope this MOMENTUM stays
