Meal 1: 6oz egg white, oatmeal flavored with vanilla protein powder, stevia and cinnamon

Meal 3: grilled chicken salad with arugula, tomatoes, and artichokes
Meal 4: 1/2apple n peanut butter
Meal 5: grilled salmon and zucchini
Meal 6: recovery shake with water
Cal:1230 Protein:178 Carb:75
Fat 25.6
Didn't realize it was a little short until I counted nutrients, but oh well, close enough.
Supplementation
One a day Energy
Six Star whey protein elite series
(cause I'm cheap, lol)
No fatty acids, thermogenic or cla because I'm nursing and the Doc said NO WAY!
So the one a day "energy" is a poor thermo substitute and my protein has bcaa in it so
I guess that's cool
Training
P90X phase 1 classic
Day1: chest n back, abs
Day2: plyometrics/ cardio
Day3: shoulder n arms, abs
Day4: yoga x
Day5: legs n back, abs
Day6: kenpo/ cardio
Day7: REST

back on track n losing again except this time im seeing the body i want rlly come together with this P90X workout..... but boy am i SORE!!!!!!!!!!!! ouch! :-)

Halfway through week 1 of P90X, EXTREAMLY glad that tomarrow is yoga!
My body is sore like never before, but somehow I know that this yoga x is gonna
B far from a rest day! Still pretty pumped and ready to bring it! :-)
