I am weighing on a different scale. I will remeasure again on the same scale i started off on tuesday. My body feels lighther, healthtier and my jeans has loosen up a little esp around the thigh region. I can't do without exercise anymore.A day without exercise will make me sluggish and tired.There were days I wasn't up to exercising but did it anyway.
Chocolates are the greatest temptation occasionally.
I have to find exercising method to loose the midsection fat.

still to go:
24.3 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Managed to keep my calorie (total = intake - output) to 1000 yday.I have not weigh myself (due weighing tuesday) but my jeans sure feels loose (is it psychological?). I tried to do my exercise daily.. if not in the evening i'll compensate in the morning. Instead of aerobic dancing (my toddler and hubby were fast asleep) I went walking instead. Nevertheless my cal intake today is close to 2000. Remember
not to eat before noon nap
(this is for the weekends)it makes me feel hungry once awake.Have to keep mental note not to miss the abdominal exercise while sitting. The abdominal fat just have to go...

Wore my cloth today.. after 2 days of change in my eating habit, wonder why does it feels tighter at the abdominal area??

Just came back from the lunch open house buffet..OMG I think I have had a day's meal.6 sticks of satay, 2 meatballs, a piece of chicken rendang, 2 smallcuts of rendang meat,one and 1/2 piece of lemang and 2 glass of orange juice..
I think I'll cycle in an hours time and dance a little extra this evening to shed at least 300kcal to make space for my dinner.

Did some sweat dancing exercise yesterday and the psychological effect is wonderful. Started today's diet with an apple as most advice breakfast are not to be skipped.Hope to continue the momentum as there is an open house buffet today..
